i respect vegans and their reasons for why they decide not to eat meat, but, shouldnt vegans also respect omnivores for eating meat? i mean honestly, humans would not be able to survive without the protein and vitamins we get from meat if we didnt have protein powders and other alternatives we have today, if a human were dropped out in the middle of nowhere, they would die if they werent able to hunt something down. is it murder when a lion kills a zebra for survival? no, its just natures way.

No. I don’t believe vegans should have to respect meat eating at all. I’ve explained why here

i mean honestly, humans would not be able to survive without the protein and vitamins we get from meat if we didnt have protein powders and other alternatives we have today,
Actually, this is very far from the truth. You do not need to consume anything processed on a vegan diet at all. You can get absolutely everything you need from plenty of vegetables, grains, fruits, pulses and legumes. I don’t consume protein powder nor do I consume vitamins and my blood is the healthiest it’s ever been according to my last test.

if a human were dropped out in the middle of nowhere, they would die
Yes… yes they would. So would an omnivore. So would a carnivore. So would a fruitarian. Anyone who’s dropped in the middle of nowhere would die without food, hydration and shelter…

if they werent able to hunt something down.
And the truth is, we WOULDN’T be able to hunt something down. Why? Because we don’t have claws or teeth to be able to tackle a wild animal. And it’s because we’re herbivorous. Not to mention, even if we DID hunt something somehow, we then couldn’t eat it because our bodies cannot take raw flesh…

is it murder when a lion kills a zebra for survival? no, its just natures way.
Of course it’s not murder! Nature is nature. Nature intended for lions to be carnivorous. Nature intended for humans to be herbivorous. The only reason anyone eats meat is because of taste, convenience, tradition and/or habit.

What an incredible victory for animals in China! Thanks to the hard work of Be Cruelty-Free China, Humane Society International’s Beijing Team, and many Chinese animal rights groups, it has officially been deemed that animal…

Oh my god… this is absolutrly wonderful news. Now so many animals won’t have to be tortured for our vanity, ( so many vegan companies who sold out to China’s laws and market can attempt to regain their cruelty free status..

Guys I could literally cry. This is incredible news! The power of compassion, love and animal rights is amazing.
